The primary focus for organisations seeking certification to ISO standards is to meet customer requirements and to strive to exceed customer expectations.   • Training needs of all those within your organisation can be ascertained and training provided should you require to help people understand the standard.
  • Should your organisation require a pre-assessment to identify any areas of the management system that need to be improved, this can be arranged.
  • The assessment process is undertaken according to the organisation’s timeframe with careful planning.
  • Once certified, a certificate will be issued outlining the sites and scope of certification achieved.
  • Surveillance assessment will be undertaken on an annual basis and clear triennial plan will be developed between the client manager and the organisation.
