We offer certification to ISO 20252:2019. This International Standard establishes terms and definitions and service requirements for organisations and professionals conducting market, opinion and social research. The principal goals of international standards are to facilitate an organisation’s development and growth. 

Market, opinion and social research is now a global industry. An increasing proportion of the expenditure of users of the industry is allocated to multi-national projects, whose objective is consistent regional and global measurement.

An International Standard facilitates the achievement of this important economic and social objective by ensuring that the process elements of such research are undertaken to an appropriate standard and in a verifiable and consistent manner. This enables data arising from research studies carried out in accordance with this International Standard to be used to guide the provision of goods and services to citizens and institutions in a consistent and transparent fashion.
 
ISO 20252:2019 has been released and replaces the previous ISO 20252:2012 and ISO 26362:2009. The new standard combines the structure and intent of these previous standards and facilitates a better integration with ISO 9001:2015 and other such international standards. The new standard also places more importance on information security. 

Those organisations currently certified to ISO 20252:2012 are required to upgrade their certification to ISO 20252:2019 by December 2020.
